The traditional barrel heating and cooling method adopts a combination of electric heating and fan air cooling. The disadvantage of this method is that the excess heat energy needs to be continuously blown into the surrounding environment through the fan, causing energy waste and loss. The limitation of air-cooling can easily cause the surface temperature of the barrel to be unable to decrease, resulting in localized high temperature and can not run in high speed.

*Our independently developed patented technology: recycling oil as the medium to control the extrusion screw and barrel temperature by the oil temperature machine, when the screw is running at high speed, by adjusting the temperature and flow rate of the oil, the large amount of heat generated by the friction between the screw and the barrel is brought from the high temperature zone to the low temperature zone, So as to avoid the problem of local high temperature and ensure the balance of surface temperature of the machine barrel.So that machine can be run in high speed and save energy and production cost.National Patent Number: 201820176792.1

Advance Korean technology of our Horizontal MDO Unit is:

Preheating- stretching- heat setting- secondary stretching- heat setting -cold setting;

Stable running during high speed.The stretching part is equipped with servo motors and all oil heating, greatly improving the uniformity and stability of air permeability, greatly reducing the shrinkage rate.

3.Advanced Design of Oscillation

The traditional and old-fashioned oscillation system is swing in extrusion unit, causing the T-die to shake, making it difficult to achieve high-speed production, and the casting rubber rollers are prone to damage.

*The oscillation system which we provide in winding unit to avoid that the film stretching lead to wrinkles and uneven winding.In addition,our winding unit controlled by servo motor,so that our finished winding roll is very smoothtidy and flat.

4.Material Savings

On-line recycling system for edge trim, during the production process, the edge trim can be directly crushed online and recycled to the feeding system, saving raw materials and effectively reducing production costs.

5.Leading Technology

The AB shaft of a winding unit can be turned over very quick,just need about 4-5 seconds, which can effectively reduce the generation of wastage edge and control the production cost.

6.Shorten Delivery Time

The high-speed online slitting unit can cut coiled materials in one step, reducing the time waste caused by the two processes, effectively saving labor and shortening the production cycle, and assisting our customer in rapid delivery of goods. The maximum slitting width is 70-80mm.
