1. The self-adhesive film casting line produces PE self-adhesive film.
2. Our cast film line with a twin-screw. With a double-chamber composite T-die ,one screw puts glue, and the other screw puts PE plastic. After the cast die is composite (customer-supplied by the glue formula), the glue viscosity can be adjusted.
3. The production capacity of the self-adhesive cast film line is related to the finished film gram. Our twin-screw production capacity is large. At present, the production line is 180m/min, and the finished gram weight is about 30-40g.
4. The self-adhesive film can be used in metal, glass, refrigerator, TV and other surface protective films.
