This Pur Hot Melt Adhesive Laminating Machine is specifically designed for hygiene、medical、disposable product.

The equipment adopts two processes of hot melt adhesive and PUR adhesive coating lamination, with uniform adhesive amount, suitable for use in hygiene、medical、disposable product.
The entire machine adopts a German Siemens brand PLC control system and a German Siemens brand full servo controller, achieving fully automatic closed-loop tension, stable and reliable performance.
Main Features of Machine:
1.German Siemens brand PLC control system, German Siemens brand servo controller,avoid instability when using variable frequency motors for low-speed control.
2.Automatic tension detection system, digital setting, simple and reliable, Japanese Fujikura ultra-low friction cylinder, Japanese Fujikura tight pressure regulating valve combination control, stable and durable.
3.Humanized automatic shutdown settings: Set the functions of coil diameter shutdown, meter shutdown, and material cut-off shutdown. The specific values can be set freely according to different process requirements.
4.Automatic fault detection system: automatically analyze equipment faults and display them on the control screen for quick processing.
5.Remote maintenance function, remote data communication through WIFI, and timely repair in case of equipment failure.
